Did you get this message after updating AMD driver using AVG Driver Updater program?
If yes, please restore the update as mentioned under "Restore drivers" category of this article and check the status.
Message i get on my Screen;

! No AMD praphics driver is installed, or the AMD driver is not
functioning properly. Pleaser install the AMD driver
appropriate for your AMD hardware
This problem is after update Radeon update about two weeks ago.
In the app Basecamp i get tyhe message that my video kaart does not support 3d weergave and i can only use the 2d weergave.
... AMD Radeon HD 7400M Series
... Intel(R) HD Graphics 3000
... Windows Live Display Driver
Hence, you can revert to the previous update and for further help, please do contact AMD Graphics driver support.
