Internet Security (dead)

I purchased AVG Internet Security 2015, 1 computer (1 year).  Invoice date: 12-2-2015. In the beginning everything was OK. After a few days it doesn’t work.   With red letters is written: You are not fully protected. Computer not protected. Web partially protected. Identity not protected. Email protected. Firewall Active. Also computer scan is not working. I tried the button “”Fix Now”” and the following message appears:   “”Could not finish automatic state repair. We weren’t able to fix one or more components””.  I can send you a screenshot if you want. Please send me your e-mail address.  I don’t know what to do because I am not at all proficient on the PC nor can I handle any complex remedies. In your “”Payment Information”” it is written: “”If you are unsatisfied with your purchase you can claim a full refund within 30 days by contacting customer service””. So is there some simple solution for me? For example, can I remove this software and download again AVG Internet Security with the same license number? Something else also simple? or is it better to claim a full refund? I cannot use your chat room so if you have any simple solutions please answer to me here or in my e-mail address.   Please let me know and I’ll look forward to hearing from you. Thanks. (Please ignore any errors that you may find in my letter).
