1) Open your Internet Explorer web browser 2) At the top right corner below the close button you can find a wagon wheel shaped icon which is called as "Tools" please click on it. 3) In that select, "Manage add-ons" options 4) In the manage add ons window to the left please select "Toolbars & Extensions" and to the right you can find all the plugins and addons installed on your browser 5) Please enable all the plugins and addons in it and then check whether the issue persists.

I had just asked about this issue in chrome. I found the answer - in Chrome setting go to Extensions and Enable the "AVG Web Tuneup" extension. Simply a terminology issue that could be fixed in an update
I am using Chrome not IE where plugins are "sandboxed". I assume this is similar to IE. I can manage exceptions to this but don't know what to make an exception. I added AVG.com but still an issue. I also have but don't use Edge on Win10. How to handle thtat for this issue. I may start to use it.
