AVG tuneup purchased. Will not install, It is incompattable with another AVG program

I Have just purchased AVG Tune up for my laptop with Wndows 10 ,Will not install, It is incompattable with another AVG program. I have AVG free version for years. What can I do.

Sorry. AVG Security and AVG Tune already installed. Can not open same. It states Process Failed and the "avguix.exe" I tried a Repair but did not work. Please Help.

Hello Eric,
We regret to hear that you are experiencing issues with AVG installation. It seems you have AVG Zen installed on your PC which is incompatible with AVG PC Tuneup. Please uninstall AVG Zen as described in this article http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=Uninstall-AVG-Zen .
Then install AVG PC Tuneup: http://avgclick.me/installAVGPCTuneUp
After you successfully install AVG PC Tuneup, go ahead and reinstall your AVG Internet Security multidevice: http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=Download-and-install-AVG-Protection
