When logging onto Microsoft edge a virus alert appears with a voice warning and instructions. It cannot be deleted or bypassed. There is no such occurrence when I log onto Google Chrome or internet explorer. I currently have AVG Free coverage and have updated frequently, including today.
Hello Howard, We can certainly take a look into this. Could you share a screenshot of the warning message to proceed further? You can post the screenshot here on your topic. Click on 'Answer' & then click on the 'Image' [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions. Regards, Alok.

Hi Alok, I believe I got the picturet on. Let me know.
I Finally got a pic of the message. I have it as an attachment to an email I sent as a "reply" to your email. Did that work ? If not I can't seem to get the pic on this page
Thank you for providing the screenshot. We received it.
It seems to be a browser hijacker. Please refer this article to reset the Edge browser http://www.thewindowsclub.com/reset-microsoft-edge-browser-to-default-settings-in-windows-10 and restart your computer to check the status.
