I am an AVG Performance Pro subscriber. I have AVG Zen and AVG TuneUp 2015 installed on my windows 8.1 laptop.
I am experiencing an error 0xE001F946 while I tried to uninstall AVG from control panel. The same thing happens when I downloaded the installation file from my account page and tried to install on top.
Would you be able to let me know what 0xE001F946 means or how can I fix this problem please?

Why would I be receiving this error on my AVG Tune Up Pro that I purchased and downloaded in 2016 on my Windows 10? How do I resolve it? I am currently unable to re-install this program as I get a big error message when I try. Please help.
