nan chen AVG tune up can't success open
Hello,
I am a Taiwanese, so I can't use English to express the problem I met very well.
My notebook is work on win10 (10586).
A few months ago, I found that I can't open tune up after long times working. If I install again, it can be solved.
After I asked AVG in Taiwan, they advised me to run the remover tool. But everything became worse. I can't open tune up again! (At first it display 0XE001D01D, but last it can install in success but run in failure.)
I don't know what happened. I tried many way to fix it, like run the remover tool in safe mode, use other unistall software, delete everthing about tune up in the program files and programdata, but it still doesn't work.
Now the problem is, I can install tune up, and it can open tune up's website, but the installer will close without display anything about finish. Sometimes it will make a shortcut on the desktop, but if I click it, it will express me that can't find avguix.exe, and I can't find it in the "C:\Program Files (x86)\AVG\AVG PC TuneUp", either.
I have met this problem for a few months. What should I do to fix it?

Could you please confirm whether you are trying to install the trail version of paid version of AVG PC TuneUp in your pc? so that we are happy to assist you better. Please note that the trial version of AVG PC TuneUp can be installed only once in single pc.

Acutally, I have four files on my pc, including piad version and trail version. With that I also have the entire installer.
I tried all of them. However, it stll didn't work.
Unfortunately we couldn't locate any active subscriptions under your registered email id. Please be informed that the error code 0XE001D01D occurs during the installation of the trial version of the AVG PC TuneUp program. The trial version of AVG PC TuneUp program can be installed only once on a PC, if you are trying to reinstall the program you might receive the 0XE001D01D error code representing the failure of the installation.

Today I used your uninstaller to unistall, and ran remover tool again, after I installes tun up, it can
automatically open!
Now when I open the C:\Program Files (x86)\AVG, I can find that there increase a folder is named Framework. Before today I only can see three folders at there. It may the problem which I can't open tune up in success?
By the way, maybe I didn't express the problem very well. I only met 0XE001D01D error at early, the bigger problem is I can't open tune up after install it.
