As a software developper, we are unable to submit via your online form https://www.avg.com/de-de/false-positive-file-form because of 2 softwares are 70 MB each (your online limits to 50 Mb)
This page https://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?l=en&urlName=AVG-FTP-file-upload&supportType=home indicates that we could upload a zipped or (7z) password protected archive to an FTP server REQUIRING credentials which are (received after joining the Whitelist Program)..
But, we couldn't find how join the Whitelist Program...
Any help would be much appreciated to upload via FTP our 70 MB.

I used an FTP client and connected SUCCESSFULLY to ftp.avg.com using the credentials as indicated in the article you mentined.
Once I upload the file, what will be the next step ? Should I send an email or should I post a question in here ?

We are a software publisher, and we've been using our AVG Whitelisting Service credentials for batch-uploading our files (which are just too many to upload them one-by-one manually) to ftp://whitelist.avg.com:21 for years.
Since the last month and up to now, ftp://whitelist.avg.com:21 has started refusing our tries to connect, and ftp://whitelisting.avg.com:21, mentioned here (https://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?l=en&urlName=AVG-FTP-file-upload&supportType=home" target="_blank), doesn't seem to work either. Also, we have found this thread (https://support.avg.com/answers?id=9060N000000LncCQAS" target="_blank), where one of your representatives (Ranjani Bakthavachalam) states that "the option to enter AVG Whitelist program using credentials is no longer available" and that "all users and developers have to use this : https://www.avg.com/en-us/whitelist-program-registration common link to submit the request". Just to mention, the given link cannot be used for the continuous automated batch-uploads.
Can anyone confirm that AVG really stopped the Whitelisting Service FTP from operating as before? Or maybe we just have to regain/revalidate our credentials someway and/or use some other address/port?
