Iphone compability

Hi,                                                                              
anyone know how to address the smart scan error “failed to scan for potential leaks”?  I have an iPhone 12 running on IOS 16.4
                                                                                                                                              
Your product stated it would stop the unwanted adds on my phone, that has not happened.  Why?

Thanks for contacting AVG Community Forum. I see you are facing issues with smart scan in your Iphone. I am sorry for the inconvenience. Could you please share us the screenshot of the page (https://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=AVG-Create-screenshot) which shows the error?  You can post the screenshot here in your topic. Click on Answer & then click on the Image [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions. Thanks in advance.
