Hello Silviu, I request you to change AVG Firewall network profile to private (open AVG Internet Security > menu > settings > components > firewall > customize > network profile > change all the network public to private) at first, please go to Firewall customize settings again > scroll down > click on system rules > enable all the system rules if it's not configured, please click OK and check if you can access uTorrent with enabled AVG Internet Security. If the issue still persist, you can try to use uTorrent Port in AVG Firewall packet rules (open AVG Internet Security > menu > settings > components > firewall > customize > packet rules). Best regards, Alok.
Please open AVG Internet Security > menu > settings > components > firewall > customize > packet rules> select Create custom packet rules.
To add a new packet rule, follow these steps: Scroll to the end of the table and click Add. In the new row that appears, edit the packet rule fields as necessary( Protocol, Direction, and port number). Click OK to save the new packet rule. To modify an existing rule, click the relevant row, and edit the fields as necessary. To delete a rule, click the relevant row, then click Remove. Note: Most predefined packet rules cannot be edited.
