1 off PC free tune up

Every time I attempt to run the PC Tune Up program it fails to complete after a short period and says to contact Home Support for help. Can anyone help or advise what I can try?

Please let us know whether your trial version of the AVG PC TUneUp program is still active, If so please provide us with the screenshot of the error message you have received so that we could analyze the issue and assist you better. A one off, trial install of AVG PC Tune Up, as  per offered when loading a paid 12 mth. subscription, I have followed every action required but still shows the same Error code:

Thank you for providing the screenshot.
As per our record, you have purchased the license for AVG Internet Security (1 computer) and we don't see any license for AVG PC tuneup.
We request you to run AVG remover tool and then try installing AVG PC tuneup.
1) To download the AVG remover tool please click on this link:
http://aa-download.avg.com/filedir/util/AVG_Remover.exe
2) Run the downloaded tool and follow the instructions displayed on your screen.
3) Your computer will be restarted automatically. After the restart, AVG Remover will finish the uninstallation.
NOTE: Once the AVG Remover Tool has done with its process. Please go to the C drive and look for a folder named as "AVG Remover" and I request you to delete it manually.
