Disabling

It appears that certain websites are being blocked and are needed for my business. How do I disable AVG to use these sites

It say Hmmm can't reach this page
the connection was reset

I get this when signing into my account on irs.gov & tax.my.gov

Hello Mark, 

We need to check whether AVG program causing this issue. Refer the below article to know how to disable AVG Anti-virus. 

Temporarily disabling AVG AntiVirus protection

Please try the above steps and let us know whether you can access those sites. Thank you.

I tried the disabling and no success, yet I can get there on my phone and tablet. Makes no sense

Reboot your PC, reinstall AVG Internet Security using the below article and check if it resolves your issue.
