AVG PC TuneUp - process failed - oneclick.exe

Hi
I downloaded and bought AVG PC Tune up today, and it keeps crashing with the following pop-up error:

Following AVG processes failed:
- oneclick.exe
Would you like to send the report to AVG for analysis? (I clicked yes)

I run Windows 8.1 on a Microsoft Surface Pro 3

I get the error when part way through performing a maintenance scan with PC Tune Up, and the maintenance scan never finishes.

I have uninstalled and re-installed AVG PC TuneUp, and still get the same error.

Please help

Can anyone help? I have been reading all the comments about 1 Click Maintenance stopping with the error message and thats what I have just found today after purchasing it. Is there anyway to get it to work withoiut unistalling Chrome?

duplicate finder fails every time. The beta link above no longer exists. I bought this a few days ago so would expect it to be a working version. Please advise
