Question about avg scans

I can take a run a full avg scan and the computer will show no virus, How ever when I go to do a spyware  scan right after I did a avg , scan say with malwarebytes then when the maleware bytes deyects something the avg will pop up saying I have a virus, How come the avg did not detect it with ots own scan instead of using a scan frm another software ?

Methen, You've actually posted your query in the wrong area! It should have been located here (https://support.avg.com/answers#!/feedtype=RECENT&dc=Windows&criteria=ALLQUESTIONS)....
No AV product is capable of providing you with 100% protection although AVG are always working 24/7.
Have a look @ these 2 articles..

Also in order to analyze your issue please provide AVG experts with GMER (http://kb.avg.com/articles/en_US/How_to/GMER-Scan-Result/) and AVG scan results (http://kb.avg.com/articles/en_US/How_to/AVG-scan-result-export/).

Hi Methen,
Scan probably didn't detected because it has different settings than Resident shield, you can change it in Advanced settings.
Thanks

Methen, I agree with Zbynek on this one.  When you run a scan with Malwarebytes, AVG constantly scans Malwarebytes and checks what its doing to make sure its doing something safe.  So as Malwarebytes scans your Hard Drive(s) The AVG Resident Shield is scanning it too.
