There is no need to collect my data, the problem is the user interface of AVG Virus Lab that start checking file with a white window that don't close and stay open.

You're not alone Fabrizio, I too get the dang thing ... staring at it right now! I want to know how to shut it off since I put the file in question in as an exception and it's not paying any attention to that.

You are not kidding. I get this every week when I update files - you say they are clean (I know they are) then in a while you send me the messages and they stay on my screen preventing my work. I have to shut don my system and restart everything (I have a lot of live radar feeds running) this takes some time and it is a REAL PAIN.

I'd like to disable your service.  How do I do that?

Thanks.

Neil
