How do I downgrade from 10 devices to one?

I currently have protection for up to 10 devices but now only need one. My subscription is due for renewal. How do I downgrade to one device?

Note : Once you downgrade your AVG Internet Security from Multi-Device to Single PC, then you will not be able to install your AVG Internet Security on Mac or Mobile phones. You can only install it on Windows PC.

Let us clarify this for you, Rob.
You can reach our billing team via chat to subscribe a single user pack, as we'll not be able to downgrade the existing pack.
Once you've successfully subscribed, please ask them to disable the automatic renewal of the existing pack.

Rob, Upon checking your AVG account, the auto-renewal for the AVG Internet Security (Multi-Device) is already turned off and the auto-renewal of the AVG Internet Security(1 device) is turned on. If you wish to turn off the auto renewal for single device, then let us know and reply to this post.
Also you can turn off auto renewal using your AVG My account.

Thank you for your time and interest. To-day I purchased AVG for one device, downloaded the executable file and installed it, but I then found the 10 device licence was still installed. With the help of phone support I have entered a new activation code into my AVG program and this has both downgraded the number of devices to one and renewed the licence to July 2022. So, all fixed! Thank you and the team at AVG for your continued support.
