Anti Theft Unlock

I am using HTC one, i would like to unlock anti theft from my phone. Today morning i changed my sim card and now my phone is asking for the anti theft password which i do not remember. I tried a lot but couldn't figure it out. More over i did not receive any mail to my inbox regarding the password. SO could you please help me out from this. I do not want to loose my data. All i need now is to unlock my phone with a new password. I tried changing may password online and other stuffs. But all i get is a negative result.

Hi Inge,
You can unlock phone using web interface (https://www.avgmobilation.com/).
Please make sure your phone is connected to internet (wifi since new sim is not working).

Hi Gokul,

Unfortunately changing password on-line is working only in case your phone is connected to Internet. For your help please try entering first 6 characters of your usual passwords.

my phone is the samsung s3 mini-sim card yesterday I changed my password, but out of I don't know my password is almost 3 hours I work, but I could not figure out if you can help I would appreciate a new password, it is better if you give the password

Hi Mavi,

Unfortunatelly there is not other solution that what I already provided.

If you are still not able to ulock it you would have to wipe(reset factory settings) it.

My phone got locked by a SIM-card change, i dont know the password, Unlock function does not work. Phone is desperately needed because of work. Please tell me that resetting to factory settings is NOT the only solution for I think that is a very very bad solution (how many hours have I spend downloading apps for work, how many documents needed for work are filed on this phone. If this will be the only solution to my problem AVG is definitely not my product anymore. Please help me ASAP....

hi, My phone got locked by a SIM-card change, i dont know the password, Unlock function does not work, when i login in AVG MyAccount, the website show this message(Sorry, your device, LG-E977, cannot be controlled using the Anti-Theft web site.), how i unlock my device if i can´t manage my device?

Hello Zbynek, am having the same problem as those above, although I did not insert a new sim, but just removed it and replaced it back (although, it is dual sim so the other sim was still inside when I turned on the phone). My phone is Galaxy Core Duos. The wifi and mobile data were off when the phone locked, but I have been able to activate the mobile data through the power button selections. Now, I logged in to the website https://www.avgmobilation.com/, and was able to successfully "shout" the phone and also change the password (at least it said "password change successful"). I also sent "unlock" and it reported "screen unlock  successful". However, the screen IS NOT unlocked. I did this many times and all said "successful but still screen is locked. Please let me know why this software on your website says "successful" when it is NOT. Also, I think AVG made a big omission by not including a text command like "AVGunlock (password). There seems to be too many people having this same problem with this software, AVG needs to get the bugs out else you will not be able to sell this product. Also, I think AVG should have something like a master unlock when the established commands fail. PLEASE HELP me to unlock this phone, I use it for my clients only and there are over 1,000 phone numbers on it

I have the same problem and I can't get in phone I used https://www.avgmobilation.com/ and unlock my phone succesful multiple times and he still is lock with a password I changed the anti-theft password multiple times succesful and used that password and still  my phone is lock. I get mail that some one is treing to break-in to my phone, that is true that is me. I get my location and a picture of myself in those mails.

What can I do to realy unlock my phone??

I use my HTC ONE, the Anti Theft  locked my phone and i dont remember the password. in the link you supose https://www.avgmobilation.com/ i get messege: There are no devices registered.Please register your device for the Anti-Theft Service from within the AVG AntiVirus app. But i got fro AVG email in 30/07/2014 ---- Congratulations! You've successfully activated the AVG Anti-Theft service for your Android device.

using the Unlock function from the web DOES NOT unlock my Moto G LTE either.
it claims to have worked, but I still get Lock screen having changed my sim.
