AVG SECURE BROWSER

How do I uninstall AVG Secure Browser:
First of All:  I did not want this installed on my computer.  My automatic updates installed this app.
I cannot open files that were secured by AVG Secured Browser.
I cannot open hyperlinks from my emails.
When I go into Control Panel and click uninstall I get this message:

"An error occurred while trying to uninstall AVG secure browser. It may have already been uninstalled.
Would you like to remove AVG secure browser from the Programs and Features list?"
This keeps happening. 
I also cannot go in and reset my password to access AVG.
Please advise asap!  I am unable to conduct my business.

We are really sorry to know that you are unable to uninstall AVG Secure Browser due to unable to open hyperlinks and emails. Please apologize for the inconvenience caused. We'll certainly check and help you out.

As you are you experience issues trying to uninstall AVG Secure Browser via the Start menu, we recommend using the AVG Uninstall Tool to completely delete all AVG Secure Browser files from your PC. The AVG Uninstall Tool deletes all AVG AntiVirus files from your PC while Windows runs in Safe Mode.

In safe mode? But my works fine, but my trust is 0. And avg insists that password is wrong, but its the same as innlogg that works fine! So you became what i tried to stay away from, never had virus, my problem is avg, they refuses to get away, thats a treat for me, and makes me uneasy, its down right creepy
