Hello . I have some issue, Google Play charge me for another year of subscription AVG ZEN but product was discontinue and all my internet security software was expired. What I can do right now ? Thanks

Opss, correct - AVG Ultimate. I would like keep this subscription only problem I cant find that on my AVG account. What I should do right now ?

Hi Rafal.
For an Android subscription to be listed in online AVG MyAccount, you have to install, activate AVG AntiVirus Pro on your Android device and enable AVG Anti-Theft feature. Else, you can manage this subscription from Google Play store.
If you have AVG Zen installed on your device, please uninstall it and any other AVG apps too. AVG Mobile Ultimate includes AVG AntiVirus Pro, AVG Cleaner Pro and AVG Secure VPN.

I uninstalled all app from Avg , installed AVG antivirus from Google Play and I'm stuck on "restore license" - "your license is not detected" . Logged to Google Play account with correct email and under  "my subscriptions" is AVG Ultimate renews on oct 1 2020. Please HELP .
