Access Violation with Blocking virus Trojan

Recently my Bank application has reported access violation to my password, blocking access on all my mobile devices. I have AVG, Internet Security, Secure VPN and Pc Tune Up security applications installed on my Notebook, which means that all my data and files are protected and the operating system is stable. What can really be happening?

You have AVG Internet Security (1 computer) which can be installed on one windows device. It's not possible to add this security product on IOS device. 
Try to log in to your bank site via notebook and check with the status.

We can certainly take a look into this. May I know what exactly happens, when you try to access bank application on your android phone? If there any error message, if yes then share a screenshot of the error message to proceed further.
May I know if you can access the bank website/application on your computer/notebook?

Dear Alok Kumar, I use Windows10 on my Notebook and the other mobile devices are from the IOS system. When I first tried to access the Bank application a warning about password violation through a Trojan virus occurred. Thereafter, none of the mobile devices had more access to the Bank's system. Even the Bank's notice asks me to reformat my Notebook and set up a new password. Until then I refuse to reformat the Notebook once I have AVG INTERNET SECURITY that none of this type has diagnosed until now. This is it.
