Subscriptions AVG Internet Security

How many subscriptions do i have for AVG Internet security?

I paid  for 10 devices but i also have to pay for one device.

We've already initiated the refund process from our end, Vincent. If you're charged (€109.99) again, check your bank's description whether it says the charge is for DRI*AVG Technologies. If so, let us know. We'll look into it & help you.

Hello Vincent,

You have been charged recently for the renewal of AVG Internet Security (1 Computer) (2 Years) license.
We could also see that you have subscribed for AVG Internet Security - Multi-Device which is valid till 27th October 2021.
Do you wish to get refund for the 1 computer renewal or add the renewed subscription to existing Multi-device?

We have initiated the refund for AVG Internet Security (1 Computer) license renewal and an email has been sent explaining its status.
The refund amount will be credited within 7 business days.

Appreciate your efforts in sharing us the screenshot, Vincent.  Let us attempt to clarify this for you.
Initially, it isn't recommended to share the order details over this public post. Reason being, privacy concerns.
We've already initiated the refund for the charge €109.99 that has happened on Dec 11, 2019 (as mentioned in the screenshot). This  process might take 5-7 business days depending upon your bank. An email confirming the same has been sent to you. This email might get into your spam/junk folder. Please check them as well. 
If you haven't received the refund within 7 days, let us know.
