I have purchased from a reseller, however the code lets me through its when entering my details that i am stopped.
I have the same issue as the person above. The forum says solved but not verified by the person asking for help. I ordered off of Amazon and it lets me enter code says thanks then moves on to where I have to put my information in and then all you get is "Sorry, something went wrong".
Why does it even ask for postal code? there isn't a place to enter on my profile. I have a programming degree and this is the most convoluuted way to entert a code I have ever seen. Are you trying to make people go to other products?
