Renovação abusiva automática sem me consultarem?

Renovaram indevidamente o serviço sem minha autorização prévia. Não aceito a renovação e exijo o reembolso  do valor cobrado (ID # removed)

Não recebi qualquer alerta da AVG  acerca da renovação do  vosso serviço, como é afirmado no vosso email!. Por isso, não dei o meu consentimento. Por outro lado, a data da renovação só foi em 21 de Setembro último. Não aceito a falta de ética. Aguardo que me devolvam o valor de €44,99, cobrado indevidamente.
