avg not working

avg not working sticking on 1% so tried a few different things no joy tried uninstalling it it won't let me tried reinstalling it won't let me error code 00xe001f.921 someone help please

Hello Alison,
We are sorry to know that  scan stuck at 1%. This issue can happen due to failed update due to network error. As you got the installation error.
