Hello Søren, sorry to hear that. I would request you to open the task manger and then select "processes" tab and see for the AVG programs running in it. Please stop all the process of AVG and then start the AVG program and try updating. Mr. Balasubramanian, I have also a problem with updates. I recieve following message: Update installation failed! The updates available for your AVG product could not be installed. The original files on your computer may have been changed". The updates could not be installed. Click on "Finish"to close AVG Update Wizard. Why should I use to shat or a phonecall to contact AVG? Without updates I bought a unusefull Program I think, so please help !!
