I don't know if it's because my email which I used to download AVG Free is a mail@ email, but when I try to login I get " Please verify your email by clicking the link in the email you received after you created your AVG MyAccount. Resend the email. " There has been no verification email for the past 24 hours. I always check the spam folders. Consequently I couldn't log in to the support community either (I'm using another email address). I wanted to know if I can transfer the AVG software which I paid for and used on my old computer, to my new one. It expires in March next year (and although I couldn't get a verification email, I did get an email telling me when it expired and what the license number is. Thanks!

Hi I have bought and installed teh proversion antivirus on my laptop and galaxy tab but when i click on the same link to download the proversion on my Galaxy Android s5 it only dowloads the free version not the proversion. How do i get my paid proversion on the phone? see less...
It's driving me crazy. I want to extend my AVG protection paid for on my laptop to my tablet. I have paid another fee although my original understanding was that the protection product would cover all devices. I have received Ann email saying click here which does not work If I access my account all that happens is I get routed to a sales pitch. When I transferred protection some while ago from a defunct laptop to my new one it was all quite smooth and I got help online. This community is absurd as it is just other fellow sufferers.

Jerry, Let us explain this for you. Your products will get activated using its activation code on multiple devices. It's not necessary to create 2 separate accounts. You can retrieve the activation code from your AVG MyAccount.
