Set up and transferring my paid subscription over was easy. But the app doesn't show changes until you close the app. Like when it says "Set up identity protection" and you go through the steps to turn it on, it still shows the "Set up Identity protection" option on the home screen. Made me think it didn't actually activate or that I did something wrong. I had to close the app and reopen everytime I turned on a feature. Kind of annoying google play

For "are you currently using any paid/trial AVG products?" question, click on "Yes".
Please select operating system as "android" and fill in other requested details.
Finally, click on "request answer via email" which will submit a ticket to our mobile team.

Hi!

when I use the cleaner once its finished I can see hidden cache, apks, etc, but visible cache is not showing at all. 

Anyone knows the reason why?

I added a phone number to my blacklist this morning in AVG. I realized it should not have been blocked. I removed it from the blacklist, but then I think it blocked it again because I received a voicemail, but the call itself did not show up in recent calls or on the blacklist. Please help.

We'd request you to view a list of calls that have been blocked by tapping History in the Call Blocker menu and check if the number you unblocked is there.
