j'ai essayé AVG Protection pour une durée de 2 mois gratuitement, j'ai résilié avant son terme l'abonnement malgré tout AVG a continué mon abonnement à tort, AVG rembourse t-il l'abonnement reconduit sans mon consentement

I've received a Download link by mail, when I try to do it, it takes me to another Website "bits.avcdn.net" (that is inmediately blocked by my other safety and segurity programs).
It's that ok?
It's a legal / official link from AVG?

My avg is blocking my Firefox browser from the Internet. Google Chrome, Microsoft edge, internet explorer all connect fine.
This just started a couple of days ago.
Firefox will connect if I turn off my enhanced firewall. Don't want to do that

Francisco Unverferth I WANT TO PERMANENTLY AND COMPLETELY UNINSTALL FREE VERSION AVG
I am using the removal tool because it WILL NOT UNINSTALL FROM THE CONTROL PANEL, but after the RESTART I can STILL SEE AVG protection in MY LIST OF PROGRAMS. I am presently running the removal tool again, and it said it didn't detect any active AVG products YET THERE IT IS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It asked if I wanted to "run anyway", so I have, and I am hoping it will GET RID OF THE PROGRAM FOR GOOD. I can't for the LIFE of me imagine WHY you would create it so that the USER HAS NO CONTROL OVER WHETHER OR NOT TO CONTINUE USING IT, but HERE WE ARE! I know I'm not the first to ask, but I want it OFF my computer--- NOW!
Best Answer chosen by Francisco UnverferthFrancisco try this. Reinstall avg free antivirus. Then go into advanced settings and disable both avg protection settings. Then go into your contol panel add/remove programs and uninstall it. Then download the avg remover tool from avg's website. Put computer into safe mode and then run the avg remover tool. If you still have a problem post back. Avg can be extremely hard to remove but i think i know most of the ways to do it.

Dennis Younker AVG Remover Not Working
I am using AVG anti-virus Free on Win10. The program kept telling me it was out of date and an update was available. Clicking on the button resulted in a message saying it was up to date. This continued to happen repeatedly. I tried to download and install AVG Free again but the installation failed. I then downloaded AVG Remover and ran it. Unfortunately, my computer rebooted on its own half way through the process. I now get the message below. AVG Remover ran overnight and never completed. I attempted again to reinstall AVG Free but that did not resolve the issue. Please advise as to what to do next. Thanks.
